How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better! We typically book out 2-3 months in advance, especially for beginning of October. Early booking ensures your preferred dates and package availability.
Do I keep the pumpkins & decor?
Yes! Everything we install is yours to enjoy for the season, unless specifically marked as a rental in our Neighborhood Showcase.
How far do you travel?
We serve Lake Oswego, West Linn, Dunthorpe, Stafford, and SW Portland. If you’re just outside this area, just ask, we often make exceptions for full-package clients. Booking early increases the chance we can fit you into our schedule.
What if it rains?
This is the Pacific Northwest, rain is part of the charm! All décor is weather-resistant, and we install rain or shine so you never miss your seasonal moment.

Residential:
Turn your home into the Halloween porch everyone stops to photograph. From cozy cottage charm to over-the-top pumpkin parties, we design and install seasonal displays that look amazing in person and on Instagram. You won’t have to lift a finger, we handle design, setup, and removal so your family can simply enjoy the season. Limited slots fill fast in each neighborhood, so early booking is essential.
Commercial:
If you own a storefront, restaurant, café, or boutique, your front entrance is your silent salesperson. A striking seasonal display stops people in their tracks, boosts foot traffic, and creates shareable moments that drive free exposure online. We create themed setups that fit your brand and space perfectly. Our business clients often see a surge in walk-ins within days of installation.
We custom-tailor every package to your space, audience, and style, and we only take a set number of clients per season so each display gets our full attention.
How long does installation take?
Most residential installs take 30-120 minutes. Commercial displays may take longer depending on size and complexity. We work efficiently so you can enjoy your new look the same day.
When do you remove the decorations?
All packages include complimentary decoration removal between Nov 7th - 8th. If you'd like to keep your decor past Nov. 8th, we're happy to arrange a later pick-up for $75 extended display service fee.
What if I'm not satisfied with the results?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your porch transformation, we'll redesign it completely free of charge. Your happiness is our priority.
HOA/permits?
Client is responsible for approvals.
Photo usage
We may photograph finished installs for our portfolio and socials. Prefer privacy? Tell us, easy opt‑out.
Do I need to be home during installation?
Not necessarily. Many clients provide access instructions and return to a beautiful surprise. We do our best to make time slots happen, however, some installs can take longer. We'll do our best to coordinate timing that works for your schedule.
